Great location for the budget minded !

Fantastic location right on Satellite Beach. We brought our kids there to watch the shuttle launch (of course 3 delays so no launch!!) but had a great time none the less. The 2 bedroom condo is located on the ground floor right next to the pool and has a view of the ocean from the living room. Overall the condo is was dated, but had most of the necessities for a nice stay. The owner was nice enough to let us rent for half a week which we greatly appreciated. There are restaraunts within a 2 minute drive and grocery stores as well.. I gave it an average rating only because of the need for some updating in the condo (I passed on some suggestions to the owner) but for the location I would give it an excellent. You can't beat it for the price and I would go back again.

Truely a getaway!

My family and I just returned from our 2 week stay at this condo and had a wonderful time. It was located within a resonable distance from attractions, but in a location that is quiet and away from large groups like the bigger beaches. We had a great time and felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. The kitchen was great and allowed us to eat in and save our cash for the dining experiences that were within a 10 minute drive of the condo. The residents of the condos are very nice and we made fast friends. The pool area was clean and quiet, everyone was respectful and polite. The picnic area was terrific as well. One suggestion that I would make is to put some pictures on the walls of the condo. There are wall hangings and mirrors, but there are very few pictures. May want to have a list of local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. that are close to the condo for those who are not familiar with the area. Other than that I can't think of any other suggestions. We had a great time and are looking forward to staying again in the future.
