The Villa at Sandy Ridge is located on the fabulous Sandy Ridge community, just minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and less than a half mile from all of the fun and facilities of Reunion Country Club and Champions Gate Golf resort, Florida. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious spacious holiday villa is over 1,950 square feet – so there’s lots of room to relax in – Spoilt with a sparkling 30ft by 15ft heated pool (heating optional) with a fabulous Spa, wholly lends itself to the ideal setting for unwinding with a glass of wine after a long day at the parks. The spacious decking area around the pool is also surrounded by a fine fly screen, ideal for al-fresco dining, and top of the range patio furniture to relax on. The pool is south facing and has maximum exposure to the sun, an ideal place to relax and work on that tan, if you so choose.

Our stay at the villa was one TO REMEMBER for so many reasons. other than the obvious sunshine and attractions of Orlando. What we will remember is the FAMILY AND HOMELY atmosphere at the villa and yet we still felt that we were having a holiday. the facilities were second to none with the full range of THINGS NEEDED FOR OUR STAY.from the kitchen to the bedrooms, from the dining area and the lounge - everthing was in tip-top condition with all our needs catered for.The villa was fresh, full of light and spotless.The delightful pool area was very mainted and was much appreciated after a day out at the theme parks etc.and ideal for and evening in with the family. Most of all we foundthe location was just ideal for getting around as it was so well located within easy reach of everywhere. All in all it was definately a lovely place to stay and we would not hestitate to book another holiday at SANDY RIDGE - WITH FOND MEMEORIES OF A GREAT HOLIDAY IN LOVELY VILLA.

Wonderful, clean spacious home, exactly what we were looking for when renting a house near Orlando...only an hour or so either way to each coast - and 10-20 minutes from the hub of the theme parks. With two families totalling 9 people, we all had plenty of room to relax. The only concern I would have is to talk to the cable company as the phone and internet seemed to not be working more than they were working. Other than that, a great location, great house, and at a great price

A wonderful property in the perfect location for an ideal disney / golfing vacation. The family truely appreciated the fine quality of the villa and the upgraded furnishings it offered - a cut above the rest. Great south west facing pool with conservation view. The location of Sandy Ridge was perfect too....all the major attractions were no more than a 10-15 minute drive away, and championship golf courses galore just minutes away....I certainly would recommend this location, and above all this particular villa for a truely memorable vacation. Fast efficient booking service too.
