On the 3rd floor of a prewar brownstone, this unique 3-bedroom apartment is all about character. Though recently renovated with modern furnishings, it still does not hinder you from realizing that you are in a building from an era gone by. The charming exposed brick walls reminisce of how things were built in Old New York. Fortunately, this unit is complete with all the modern conveniences needed to survive in today’s landscape. At approximately 800 square feet (74 square meters), this unit can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The apartment opens into a roomy living area, which features a dining table, couch, cable TV with DVD player, and WiFi Internet. The kitchen is well equipped should you decide to cook or eat in the apartment. Another unique feature of this apartment is that all 3 bedrooms contain loft beds (1 queen-size loft above and a queen-size floor standing bed below). Please note that climbing is required to access loft beds.

Just footsteps away from the front door, is the bus stop and 57th St. (which is the major cross-town thoroughfare crossing the heart of the action in midtown). 59th Street – Columbus Circle subway station (access to A, C, B, D and 1 line) is only 2 short blocks away. Columbus Circle, Central Park, the Theater District and Restaurant Row are just minutes away on foot. Although close to the action, the building is situated in a quiet area of West 57th street, which makes it the perfect location to retire from the hustle and bustle of the city.

  • MY@H Group requires 30% of the total amount or $500, whichever amount is greater, as a deposit to secure the reservation. Deposit is due within 3-day from signing the contract. Remaining balance, including a $50 cleaning fee and a $500 security deposit, is due upon arrival at the check-in. The security deposit is refundable, minus damages if any, when you check out and the apartment is left in original, undamaged and clean condition.

    Only cash, wiring transfer, and Visa/MasterCard charges (through PayPal) will be accepted without any exception! Please note there is a 5% processing fee for using PayPal and a 3% processing fee for wiring transfer.

    Payments on reservation canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable without any exception. Reservations canceled more than 14 days prior will receive a 50% refund on deposit.
