more about our home and surrounding area: The house is truly comfortable for a family or several couples vacationing together. Bedrooms have window air conditioning units. There are perennial gardens both in front of the house and in the backyard. Huge and mature evergreens surround the property. There is a tv room as well as finished lower level with seating for conversation, reading or sleeping. New washer and dryer occupy their own room on this level, too. For those not familiar with the Berkshires, the variety of cultural venues allows for attending different performances each night throughout the summer. A large and diverse selection of both fine and casual restaurants offers continental and ethnic cuisine, as well as the ubiquitous burger and fries.

Accessibility: Due to its layout, the house should comfortably accomodate someone with moderate difficulty walking or climbing stairs. One bedroom, full bath, tv room and door to the backyard are at ground level. The living room, kitchen, dining room and deck are only 6 steps up from ground level. Please call to discuss more fully and decide if the house is right for you.
