Located in the exclusive Las Olas community of Idyllwild and situated amongst elegant estates, this beautiful home has views of the Main Intracoastal waterway, 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, outdoor Lanai Dining areas, and sparkling pool (available heated for an additional charge). Owned by an Interior Designer this home was newly renovated in 2006. The Living Room features a high vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace and a 42' plasma TV. The Kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counter tops, flat-screen TV and adjoining 8 person Dining Room. All Bedrooms have exterior patio balconies and flat-screen televisions. There is two-zone air conditioning, high-speed internet access and a fax machine for your convenience.
