This 15-acre condominium resort in the heart of Osage Beach has a half mile of shoreline, a spectacular 10-mile view, a spacious pool deck for sunning on the point, a lazy river, a kids' water area, with a panoramic view of where the Grand Glaze Bridge meets the main channel. This new resort has elevators, a lighted boardwalk, the full mile of waterfront and an elegant 5,000-square-foot clubhouse. This new (January 2009) 3-bedroom, two bath, 1,500-square-foot condominium has everything to make your weekend getaway or family vacation memorable. The large patio has an outstanding view of the lake from both inside and out. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open and spacious. The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, mirror, 22' flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and private master bath with access to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, 19' flat screen TV, and closet. The third has a trundle that can convert to two twins or a king-size with 19' TV.

Immaculate!

We have stayed in both of their units and unfortunately for my family I am pretty particular about where we stay. (I am a bit of a clean freak.)

Both units are ALWAYS immaculate. The view is breathtaking, the interior is decorated beautifully. With two small children- they make sure not to have too many items that clutter the area (make parent nervous about breaking!)

Love the glass sliding doors from Master Bedroom and Living Space. The Master Bath has a large sunk in tub, as well as a shower with double vanity. The 2nd bath is a Jack n' Jill style. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a nice dark cherry (ish) cabinet. The flooring is a large tile with brick pattern. Not one item- I would change about unit.

The owners are quick to respond to any questions, they also have a contact that lives at the lake for any immediate concerns.

This particular unit is also great because - it is walk in. (The other unit is easy to get to as well, with elevator.) Literally you park your car and walk right into the unit.

This complex has a wonderful playground for the kiddo's and a great pool area! It's also very close to Osage Shopping (could walk to it- if we wanted too!)

We will continue to rent from Michelle- until we can afford to buy our own dream place! Thanks Michelle!

Relaxation at it's best!

Owner was very kind and helpful in making all of the arrangements. This unit was beautifully decorated and very clean with no steps. Very good location...close to the outlet mall. The kitchen was my favorite...I didn't even mind cooking. Of course, who would with a view of the lake! :) We will definitely stay here again.

WOW! What a NICE condo!

Having rented Michelle's two bedroom before, when she offered this one explaining that it was brand new and that I would love it. . I had no idea how much I would. As my husband and I walked through it upon our arrival, all we could say was WOW! The pictures don't do it justice. I have stayed in a lot of condos at the Lake over the years, and this one is at the top of my list for luxury and first class. My family can't wait to go back!!
