This house is all about the BEACH!!! Our cottage is only 30 steps to the sand of a quiet neighborhood beach. The home has a fenced yard and a private pool. Though only 2 bedrooms, the house is large and easily sleeps up to 8 adults. We are also walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, stores and houses of worship. Centrally located in Fort Lauderdale in a family neighborhood east of A1A between Sunrise and Oakland Park Blvds. Our home is pet and child friendly. Let us know what your special needs are and we will do our best to accommodate you. Come enjoy the beautiful beach and all that Ft. Lauderdale has to offer. We have world class fishing, golfing, tennis, boating, shopping, restaurants and casinos. This is the beach on a budget. We are the only neighborhood east of A1A with single family homes on the beach from Miami to Palm Beach. Other homes in this neighborhood rent from $3000-$12,000 per week. Discount on reservations of 1 week or more.

You can walk to the places of worship too.

Great stay. This older property was very clean and the residential area of location was quiet. We would definitely come back. We are frequent visitors to the Ft. Lauderdale area and prefer this type of "private accomodations" instead of some of the large hotels that we have experienced.

Our family had a fantastic week staying in this Beach House!! It really is, only steps from the Beach. The house was comfortable and felt like home! We absolutely will do this again! It was everything we wanted and more, and Joe and Deidre were great to work with... We appreciate your hospitality and hope to do business again!! Thanks So Much!!
