The home is situated in Riverlands just off Davie Blvd and th I-95, close to the Ft Lauderdale International Aiport and Ft Lauderdale Executive airport also Port Everlades. All shopping centers are in close proximity also Sawgrass Mills is approx 15 mins away. Las Olas and its many restaurants is a 5 minute drive and the beaches 10 mins. Great location and close to just about everything

The I-95 which takes you North to West Palm Beach and south to Miami, both within a 35 drive. Also 90 mins across the Alliagtor Alley gets you to the Gulf Coast and Naples. See the alligators in the state park on your way. Visit the Miami zoo, Billie Swamp Safaris, Butterfly world, Flamingo gardens. We have many museums, entertainment centers, theaters and the Riverwalk all within 5 miles, also the Bankatlantic center and the Broward center for performing arts. The famous Seminole Hardrock hotel & casino with its 17 restaurants and many bars and lounges is just 4 miles from the house.

Nice place--Get things in writing

This place is lovely inside with nice amenities. Some issues, though: We were there over spring break and the pool (not heated) was too cold for anyone to enjoy. The ocean felt warmer. There was no working BBQ to speak of. There maybe surprises as customer service leaves something to be desired (but individual results may vary). A contract in writing may or may not help you. We are still waiting for our security deposit.
The house itself is spacious with comfy beds and well decorated and equipped. No complaints with accommodations. Make sure you rent a car--nowhere to walk to--but we knew this before we left.
Owner's Response: We are pleased that our guests enjoy the quality of the furnishings, bedrooms etc. The pool and outside eating area under new large new screened porch. We are situated in Riverlands, within easy driving distance of the beaches airport and shopping malls.This is a safe upscale area, there are some very pleasant walks from the house alongside the waterways or the local shops. Feedback is helpful and we have addressed these issues in our welcome pack. We look forward to welcoming future visitors to this home and make their stay a memorial one.

We absolutely loved your house, it was amazing! It was roomy and efficient, with a relaxing layout. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The agent was always there for us to answer any questions or satisfy any needs. We highly recommend this place. We will definitely rent from you again should we return to the FLL area.
