This beautiful home sits on 1.5 acres and has 150 ft of frontage on Bass Lake with a large sandy beach and sandy bottom swimming. Walk out your door and be directly on the beach and 50 ft platform dock w/ a fishing boat and motor. Watch sunsets from your large deck. This home has 2 levels of living. The upper level has a spacious kitchen and is fully equipped w/ all the amenities. The living room features a stone fireplace and is open to the dining area with large windows for a view to the water from every room. The master suite also features panoramic views of the lake. Includes king bed, 2 large closets and a private master bath. Two more bedrooms and full bath complete the upper level. Lower level has large family room w/ TV, DVD player, sleeper sofa and views of lake. Game room w/ Foosball and pool table, dart board and bar. Walk out to lake w/ patio. Lower level also has 2 bedrooms and full bath. Half bath w/full laundry off foyer between levels. Large lawn for entertaining.

Tranquil sunsets, sand between your toes, with all that 'Up North' has to offer within an easy hike, bike, or drive! Only 20 miles to downtown Traverse City, 5 miles to Interlochen Village and the Center for the Arts/Music Camp. Betsie River is a half mile away, or Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is 35-45 minutes from here. Or, not go anywhere and have a terrific time with friends or family right here! Sandy beach, early season swimming, excellent fishing for everything typical of MI inland lakes except Walleye, high-quality spring-fed, weed-free, all-sports lake! (more hyphens=more fun) The lake is truly remarkable, and at 90 acres, very canoe, paddle-boat, kayak and fisherman friendly. Rained out, no worries! Don't forget about the game room with pool and foosball tables, darts and a bar...you're set either way at Pinecone Cottage 2!

Both levels of Family rooms also include Expanded Cable plus 25 Premium Movie Channels. All bedrooms have TV w/ expanded Basic Cable, some with built in DVD/VCR players.
