Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Located at a quiet spot in the popular community of Bethany West. Great location, Bike or walk to Beach, Wawa, Italian restaurant, Chinese take out, shopping. It's on trolley line run by town of Bethany Beach. Also you will get 2 beach side parking permits to park in town (if the town is providing such service). 2 Swimming Pools and 8 tennis courts in this enjoyable Bethany Beach community. Close to the Bethany Beach sidewalk and playground. Walking distance to the beach, less than 1 mile to the sand. TV & DVD. Central air. Front deck and side sun room. Charcoal grill. Out side shower. No pets allowed, no smoking allowed. This home is located in Town of Bethany Beach & there's a 6% rental tax. You will also be eligible for parking permits for downtown Bethany and please bring extra cash or check at check in for deposit.
