Charming farmhouse, perfect for a family of six or cozy enough for two. This Greek Revival on the Oceanside of South Wellfleet is waiting to welcome you and your family. Located on a quiet back road this home is conveniently situated between Wellfleet's Ocean Beaches and the Bayside beaches. Duck Pond is a walk away and the National Seashore is accessible down a short wooded path. The bike path is a five minute ride. You can get to the beaches and downtown Wellfleet without driving down Route 6 from this wonderful family home. Perennial Gardens abound providing you with an endless supply of fresh cut flowers. This house was our family summer home for 3 generations - make our summer home yours! Wellfleet has the most beautiful beaches on Cape Cod, outstanding restaurants, hip art galleries funky boutiques and the one and only Wellfleet Oyster. Provincetown is a 20 minute drive for whale watching, night life, live shows, dining, sightseeing and anything goes.

A great place to stay when visiting the Cape!

Ginny Parker was very gracious during our stay in her home. She was only a phone call away and always eager to help us in any way that she could.
The house in itself was immaculate and incredibly spacious and very comfortable. The property meet the description.
I would highly recommend this property as one of the cleanest and largest homes on the Cape for the price of the rental.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
Owner's Response: What wonderful feedback! So glad you enjoyed staying at "the homestead". My goal is to create and atmosphere folks want to return to....Hope to see you back next year or throughout the winter if you want a get away!
