Seascape Resort not only fronts on Destin's beautiful beaches, but features a challenging 18 hole golf course, 5 pools and 8 tennis courts. Our pet friendly condos are on ground level and are set in a park-like area along the side of the golf course with a patio overlooking the fairway. A perfect place to relax after an active day on the beach. Also a very pet friendly setting should your pet accompany you. Best of all the condos are just a minute from the beach where there is a beach parking lot-or a 4 or 5 minute walk. Look at our photos. Our condos are set in a parklike area under tall pines overlooking a tropical garden and the sculptured green of the fairway of the golf course-yet just a minute from the beach.The condos are particularly convenient and pet friendly for those with pets since thy are on the ground level with many areas to walk the pet. We prefer golf course villas to high-rise condos at the beach. They have the best of both worlds, beach and scenic beauty. We know you will too if you rent our vacation condo. Seascape Resort is in the heart of Destin's recreational area. It is three miles east of Hwy.293, a water park, WalMart and Destin Commons shopping; 11miles west of Hwy. 331 snd 1 mile west of Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

My husband and I along with our dog Ziggy just returned from a wonderful vacation at Seascape Resort. The description and pictures that are posted were accurate. The condo is very clean and the location was convenient to our needs. It is a safe and friendly atmosphere. We were so happy to find a place that allowed us to bring our dog and he also had a super week. A plus for golfers. The pools are great and the walk or drive to the beach was also convenient. I would recommend this property and we hope to return in the near future.

Forget the Highrises!

Forget the highrises located on or near the Destin beaches and come to Seascape! This ground floor one bedroom property is located in a lovely, quiet setting with beautiful landscaping. The condo is one of four in building 32 that is well maintained and very comfortable. The condo is clean and neat with everything needed in terms of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. The patio area is large, overlooks the golf course, and is equipped with a table, chairs and small grill. A coin operated washer and dryer are located in the breezeway just outside the condo door. There are so many places within Seacape to walk or ride a bike--multiple pools and tennis courts--and of course if you play golf, this is the place. We were so happy because Seascape is pet friendly--so we could take our cocker spaniel with us to enjoy long walks. Seacape provides parking near the beach-so you can load up your car with beach supplies, drive to the parking area within the property, walk across the street and spend the day enjoying the beautiful emerald coast line. When finished with your visit to the beach-there are many shops and places to eat-both local and chain that are minutes away. We were very pleased with everything and would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a relaxing place to vacation. My husband and I (along with our cocker spaniel!) hope to return soon. Thank you!!
