This lovingly maintained and restored home is well built, newly renovated in all aspects, with lush trees and foliage in backyard. A tall wood fence and full hedge of fragrant blooming jasmine provide complete privacy from your neighbors. The thoughtfully landscaped garden is a pleasant retreat including a lighted and solar heated full size pool, hot tub, tall shade trees, and two patio areas and a storage shed. Inside the home you will find marble flooring in each of the TWO living rooms, crown molding, decorator colors, large bright windows, hardwood floor in kitchen and hall areas. Ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen is fully updated with a smooth top stove, new extra-large refrigerator, dishwasher, custom cabinetry, and pantry storage.
