A .4 mile walk along hundreds of acres of preserved salt marsh brings you to Cockle Cove Beach and .8 miles to bike path! The Pondhouse is private yet open and airy and filled with light. Dear Chris,

Thank you for your email. We had a wonderful time at The Pondhouse. We appreciated the layout of the house with the living room and dining room looking out over the deck and pond and we especially enjoyed the nearby beach that we could walk to with our dogs. Thanks so much for letting us know about it. We would most certainly like to return to The Pondhouse next time we plan a vacation on Cape Cod, although we are not certain whether or not it will be next summer.
