This Penthouse Condo has four (yes four!) balconies, three bedrooms, three full baths, washer and dryer, Air Conditioning, NEW designer kitchen, breakfast counter. a full wet bar, as well as refrigerator and ice maker upstairs. Everything else you expect, no demand, from a luxury condo! Over 2400 square feet of deluxe, executive living space. WOW!!
