Our two bedroom condo is handsomely furnished and sleeps 6 comfortably. Washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher, and cable TV. Enjoy the Arizona lifestyle with our 2 pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ area and 24-hour gym. All these amenities are just a short walking distance from our condo. Carport parking for you, and plenty of guest parking. Just bring your summer clothes, your toys and your recipes! Our vacation home is in a gated community located in North Phoenix, one block from Bell Road and 7th Street. Freeways to get to the condo: 101 Freeway exit 7th Street go south ( about 3 minutes) or 51 Freeway exit Bell Road go west and turn North/Left on 7th St (about 10 minutes). Just 10 minutes to North Scottsdale, Desert Ridge Marketplace or Paradise Valley Mall, and golf. Grocery stores and plenty of shops only a block away on Bell Road.
