Villa Xaguar is a Mediterranean style villa in Play del Carmen surrounded by large trees. In the middle, there is a pool and a CENOTE WATERFALL with a deck. The villa is 100 ft away from the beach and 10 minutes away walking from the town. Properties are completely detailed in marble, joinery in mahogany, have A/C, ceiling fans, TV/VCR, CD/tape player, hammocks, and kitchenette. we are available in a kings sized bed or in two full sized beds, up to 4 people.
