Will accommodate several families and/or 5-7 couples. Stay in this luxurious 7,500 sq foot colonial on 2 acres with an Olympic-size heated pool in one of Virginia's most exclusive neighborhoods. Travel to Washington, DC (15 miles to DC and only 5 miles to the Vienna Metro Station for easy access to the city) for all the museums, monuments, events, and activities of the DC area. A large great room, sun room, fully-finished basement, brick patio and screened-in porch provide extra space for enjoyment. A two-car garage and plenty of parking space make this home a great vacation rental for several families.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home and absolutely loved it. Wonderful property in a gorgeous and upscale neighborhood. The owners were great and helped us with suggestions and some directions to get to the Metro station, Restaurants and Market. I highly recommend this property for a family that is just looking to have a wonderful time in DC and at the end of a busy come home and just relax and enjoy the home. We got in the pool and grilled just about every afternoon and the kids loved the downstairs area with the Pool table.

This Condo Has It All!

No need to look any further, this condo has it all. Professionally decorated and attention to detail throughout. This is the first condo that I rented in which I did not have to clean beforehand. The owners take great pride in maintaining their property. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and many other essentials. The best part about the condo is the spectacular ocean front view. You will enjoy watching the sunrise, dolphins swimming and the tranquility of the waves coming from the ocean. The condo is very spacious with a nice open floor plan. Susan and John are fabulous, emailed us right away regarding the rental. Any questions we had they responded immediately. This is absolutely a must rent. I highly recommend this gorgeous condo. My husband and I never wanted to leave the establishment.

We rented this house to host a large family that was traveling to DC from New Hampshire. They were amazed and impressed with all that the house had to offer. It was perfect for a large family with lots of children. In addition, we ended their three day stay with a reunion of their family and ours. It was the perfect venue. Truly. The children ran around the yard and played in the pool and the grown-ups had a number of comfortable areas to relax and talk. The owner was amazingly accommodating and gracious with all of our requests. I highly recommend renting this house. Should similar circumstances arise, we would do it again for sure.
