Photos and Description of this Fort Lauderdale holiday house 2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 6

The house is perfectly located to the beach (3 miles) and to the airport (5 miles) and to I95 1/2 mile. It is very easy to get to from anywhere. It is very clean, bright, and cheery inside. Although the house does not have a pool there are several public pools just blocks away or most hotels at the beach will allow you to use their heated pools as long as you eat or purchase drinks. We have a list of the hotels that will allow this in the home. The Master Bedroom has all new King Sized Ikea furniture which is very comfortable. There is a TV/ DVD in both bedrooms as well as the living room. There is a full sized bathroom with a Shower/Tub combination. This home has recently been through a complete renovation. There is a new kitchen with a glass-top stove, kitchen aid dishwasher, garbage disposal, and full sized fridge. The kitchen comes complete with all glassware, stemware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You bring the food and spices and the house has the rest.

This property is just perfectly located 14 blocks north of Down Town Fort Lauderdale and the famous Las Olas Blvd. Just several blocks to the south is Sunrise Blvd which takes you straight to the beach. If you head west on Sunrise Blvd I95 is only 5 minutes away and only 10 minutes is the famous Swap Shop Flea Market. Miami is a short 18 mile drive and the cruise terminal is 26 miles. DIRECTIONS: From I95 take Sunrise Blvd east to Andrews Ave. Go North on Andrews ave to NW 16th Street. Go west on NW 16th Street to NW 4th Ave. Turn Left and go South on NW 4th Ave to the property.

My family and I stayed in this property in July 2009. The house is cozy, clean and well equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood is not the greatest but we never had a problem. I would recommend this property to anybody. Very close to the beach. The back yard have a great potential for like a pool or something.

The home is very clean and well equipped. The owner communicates well and is friendly. The neighborhood is questionable but we didn't encounter any problems. The neighbors on both sides are very nice. This home is an excellent value if you're traveling on a budget.

My family and I stayed for a week at this home in Ft. Lauderdale. It was everything it was mentioned to be by the pictures and at a GREAT price! The owner answered all of our questions and really new the area! We would stay here again when in the area!

Nice, neat place

This place offers a nice clean two bedroom, one bath house. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and other dishes, the house is very clean, it's only about 15 minutes from the beach and about 5 minutes from local restaurants. The neighborhood it is in does not look the greatest but we were fine and safe the whole stay.

The home is extremely neat and clean but definitely NOT in the best neighborhood. The other homes on the block were well maintained but the overall neighborhood is an eye sore! Luckily as soon as you walk through the door of the actual property it is very tidy and well kept. Other than the immediate location being not so nice it is pretty close(driving distance) to the beach, restaurants, and highways.The owner was extremely nice, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this place for people who are on a budget that just need a cozy place to sleep.
