Located 3 blocks from Central Park and a 5 minute walk to 5th Avenue’s Museum Mile (including Guggenheim, Metropolitan.Museum of the City of New York and New York Botanical Gardens) our duplex apartment is excellently located to enjoy New York City’s cultural highlights. Basic cable, DSL wifi, and unlimited local calling are among the amenities included. Our apartment has unique features including a double height living room ceiling, fireplace and special laundry room inside apartment itself. Downstairs is an enormous master bedroom (King sized bed) with it’s own private bathroom featuring a deluxe Jacuzzi+ separate shower. Another large bedroom downstairs and a second full bathroom. Our living room is spacious and sunlit by large skylights on the roof. Upstairs is a large sleeping loft with its own living room area. Enjoy the comfort of our spacious home and well equipped kitchen.

Our apartment is situated at the top of Central Park, equal distance from the West and Eastsides of Manhattan. We are an easy 5 minute stroll to the start of 5th Avneue's Museum Mile which begins with The Museum of the City of New York and ends up at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. One minute walk to 2/3 express trains which will take you to Times Square Broadway District in 12 minutes or downtown's Greenwich Village in 20minutes. Enjoy the comfort of our spacious and well equipped home after your full day of enjoying the wonders of New York City.

Rentals Under The Four Night Minimum: I only take rentals under the 4 night minimum if I have a suitably small block of dates between two bookings. Official Check in & Check out time & possible FEE : The official check-out time is 11 AM. The official check-in time is 3 PM (15:00). These are official but rarely used. We do everything we can to accommodate your flight arrival and departures. Sometimes there is an overlap between arriving and departing guests and we very much appreciate the patience and camaraderie of our guests in these situations. We want everyone to have a memorable time with the fewest inconveniences and we try our best to make that happen. FEE FOR VERY LATE OR VERY EARLY CHECK IN In the rare event of a very late or very early check in there is a $50 to $100 fee depending on the time. While we try our best to accommodate all flight times, arriving at the apartment before 9 AM or after 10 PM (22:00) may incur an extra fee.

SHHH! Quiet in the Hallways.: The condo is in a very friendly building. The other condo owners will be your neighbors while you are staying and quiet, respectful behavior in the hallways is a must. Unfortunately if there is a complaint about discourteous behavior during your stay a fee will be deducted from your security deposit and donated to the building's capital improvement fund. So please be respectful and quiet in the hallways. And feel free to say 'hello' to your neighbors.

Family with four teenagers spend six days in this appartment. It is realy super: spacious, very clean and well equiped. Perfect location close to subway lines; walking via Central Park to the Metropolitan and Guggenheim museum.

The apartment is really beautiful! Spacey, clean, comfortable, well equipped. There were five of us staying there and all of us found the location just great – only one minute from Central Park and the metro station directly connected to the downtown. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe. We loved to have the opportunity to stay in this lovely apartment and we strongly recommend it to everyone.

I would not recommend this property to anyone, it is a very unsafe place to stay. The property is located in Harlem, which it doesn't say that in the ad. The owner gave terrible customer service
Owner's Response: This is the first time that we have had an unhappy guest –and we have rented to many people (families and groups of friends) from many different countries and all over the USA—Safety has never been an issue. As for customer service, please read other reviews!

We are saddened that this particular guest felt uncomfortable with ethnic diversity, although the other members in her group were fine with it. Our exact address is clearly stated on the contract, and pinpointed on the map.Other than this one person, we have only had positive feedback about our apartment, location, as well as customer service.

Great place for a family.

This was a great place. The apartment was clean and neat. We had plenty of room for 5 people. Having a full kitchen was ideal since none of us is really a big breakfast person. Having a washer and dryer was also great. The location, although in Harlem, was less than 2 blocks from a Metro station so it could not have been more convenient. There was noise at night, but it's New York! There is a dull roar wherever you are.

The property was immaculant and spacious. This was perfect for children and families. Even though it is not within walking distance to shopping and restaurants the subway is a two minute walk. The property owner was very helpful.
