Waterfront property located just steps to the beach in the heart of Ft. Myers Beach on the northern end of Estero Island. This one bedroom/one bathroom unit is in the perfect tropical location. Very Private and totally remodeled. Only a 5 minute walk to the most wonderful sandy beach. You don't need a rental car, as you are close enough to walk to beach and all the restaurants, shopping and night life while enjoying our quiet neighborhood. The unit has been totally remodeled and has a full equipped kitchen. There is a trolley system on the beach which you can ride up and down the 7 mile island. If you prefer a taxi they are located at the end of our street. Hurry its renting fast.

We are a 5 minute walk to the local beach access across the street from us. 1/2 mile to the square where the local fishing pier is located. Catch the Trolly at the end of the street. Quiet neighborhood located close to all Ft. Myers Beach Attractions. You have it all! You don't need a car....all the Taxi's sit at the end of the street. Walk to restaurants, beach. There is a 18 hold executive golf course located on Ft. Myers Beach just a trolly ride to the south end of the Island. Hurry you won' be disappointed.

Excellent location, walk to everything. Clean and roomy. Great patio overlooking canal. Best value we have ever found on Ft Myers Beach. In the middle of everything without the noise and caos.
