Mayo Beach was selected as one of the top ten Family-Friendly Beaches in the USA by the online service Trip Advisor. Full kitchen, living room, dining room, den, and large waterside deck. Outdoor hot/cold shower. Spectacular water views from living room, dining room, kitchen, deck and outdoor eating area. Peaceful garden and sitting areas. Private beach down the dune steps from the house. Walking/bicycling distance to Main Street and marina shops and restaurants. Walking distance to pier/marina, public tennis courts, and recreational field and skateboard park. Eight minute drive to four town Atlantic Ocean and Cape Cod Bay beaches and three fresh water ponds.
