Welcome to Rockport, Texas! This home has just been updated and is absolutely adorable. If you're interested in hanging out on the water on Key Allegro Island...go no further, you've just found your perfect Cozy Beach Property!The entire upstairs has brand new tile throughout. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a set of full over full size bunk beds (sleeping 4). The open living room has a sleeper sofa and a 32' wide deck overlooking the water below. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and is stocked with all of the essentials such as dishes, appliances, pots/pans, microwave, dishwasher & refrigerator. The downstairs has a complete in-law suite.It has a 32' wide covered patio out back just steps to the water. It also has a fully stocked kitchen including dishes, stove/oven, toaster oven, pots/pans and refrigerator with ice maker.
