Photos and Description of this Windsor Palms holiday villa 6 Bedrooms, 2 Masters, 3 1/2 bathrooms, Sleeps 14 comfortably. Fully equipped

Upscale 6 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath villa, with own Heated Pool and separate Heated Spa. The rear of the Villa, Pool and Spa is south facing and looks out on to an open conservation area. The King Master, Queen Master and second Queen bedroom are on the ground floor, along with the half-bathroom. There is also the sofa bed. Upstairs there is the second King, the two singles, two bunks, crib, and Family Bathroom. $1000's spent on creating a fantastic Games Room with Air Hockey, Foosball and a Pool Table. Also a TV, PS 2 and PS 2 Games supplied. Pool heating is provided from October through May, at no extra charge. Spa heating is provided all year round at no extra charge. A computer is provided with High Speed wireless Internet Access. There is a DVD player in the lounge, and also in each of the King Bedrooms. There's also a multi CD stereo system. The Villa is five miles from Walt Disney World, Orlando, just south of the 192 at Formosa Gardens, Kissimmee.

Windsor Palms is located about 1 mile from the Formosa Gardens Plaza, which is where our management company is located. Here, there are numerous restaurants, sandwich bars, and a large supermarket. Along Highway 192 there are more restaurants, pharmacies and leisure activities like miniature golf. There are full size golf courses in abundance within a few miles in every direction. Disney World is about 4 miles East along Highway 192. Attractions like SeaWorld, Universal Studios and International Drive are a short drive up Interstate 4. Orlando International Airport is a straight forward 40 minute drive. Cape Canaveral is about 90 minutes away on the East Coast and Clearwater Beach is 75 minutes away on the West Coast.

Notes: The villa is non-smoking and pet free (service dogs accepted). The villa has a Spa which is heated to approx. 85 degrees at no additional cost, all year round, and a Pool which is heated to approx 80 degrees at no additional cost, October through May. The fabulous Games Room has a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball (Table Football) a PS2 and PS2 Games, and also games and Duplo for young children. The Villa sleeps up to 14 guests, and caters for this number of individuals in terms of kitchenware, utensils, linens and towels, all of which are provided for your enjoyment. A Gas Barbecue can be hired in at cost, usually around $53 per 7 day hire, fully inclusive. Outside Dining furniture is provided. Windsor Palms has lots of facilities for children and adults including Tennis Courts, Basketball, Volleyball, a cinema, a gym, a business center, video games, children's play equipment and sandpit. It also has a sundry shop selling every day items. There is also a DVD library
