You are just one mile from the pier and Main Street. Bikers, ride your bike along the coast and see the beautiful oceanic view. we loved our room it was quiet, mostly older people was all we saw, it was clean, and easy to get to from all locations a 7-11 store open 24 hrs across the street a trolley took us around for free. pool was not crowded landscapers kept area well maintained nice flowers and I loved the palm trees we loved the little patio area, great area to count the stars at night gated private area to beach they even have grills to cook out elevator worked fine it was just easier to take the steps great view of the beach from the front window every morning with breakfast lunch or dinner, the kitchen was like being at home easy to cook and then head out for the day!!!
Pier activities were good too and the fireworks from the pier well they is just one word for them wow it is the only way to explain them!!!
Love the mall area and the chocolate factory on Beach Street??? Was good too, a 30 minute tour and then free samples ...Maria Bonita has great Mexican food owners are great, nice and friendly they took care of every need we had… but there was no issues and no need to complain it was the best vacation we have ever had at Daytona beach thanks!!!! No problems here just pack and go enjoy the beach!!
