Welcome to Villa PIne. This private luxury vacation home offers 4 bedroomos with a stunning custom pool in the rear yard. The living area and kitchen is extremely open and you can see the pool from virtually every angle. The property is centrally located to everything the immediate beach area has to offer. The shopping center, with a Publix grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Dunkin' Donuts and many wonderful restaurants and shops, is 1/2 block away. The Lauderdale by the Sea Municipal Park, which offers tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field, children’s playground and restroom facilities, is two blocks away. You can also walk to the downtown area, which offers entertainment, many wonderful restaurants and pubs, as well as ice cream stores, various shops and the famous fishing pier. If you like to snorkel and/or scuba dive, there are the famous coral reefs located just off shore.

I loved this home! It was a perfect little paradise for my family. The home was everything we were told it was and more. The rental company was first class and made sure we had a most fantastic stay with no problems. I will definately reserve this home for a future vacation, in advance, because I would hate to lose the opportunity to stay here again. I don't think there is a better price, anywhere, for such a lovely home and such a wonderful location. Thank you for making our holiday so perfect!
