Try our tropically furnished second-floor coach home with open floor plan, screened lanai with long view of lake and fountain, West of 41.Bike or drive five minutes to Delnor Wiggins, Vanderbilt, Barefoot and Bonita beaches. Walk to new shopping center with lots of restaurants, plus Bealls, the area's premier tropical department store! Washer and dryer in unit. All new appliances and HVAC, linens and kitchenware included. Master bedroom has its own TV, DVD and VCR. The two secondary bedrooms have pull-out couches, desks and high-speed Internet access. Hypoallergenic tile floors in main rooms. One-car garage--or ride one of our two bikes to the beach. Play tennis or swim at one of our community's two quiet, uncrowded pools.

Halfway between the new Coconut Point Mall and and the world-famous Fifth Avenue, our North Naples community has five lakes, and is within biking distance to the beach, with jetskiing, boating, parasailing and fishing. The area boasts several major art festivals, live theater and a philharmonic hall that's only a five-minute drive away. Walk to the new Mediterranean shopping mall down the street which has several new restaurants and Beall's, the famous local tropical department store. At the other end of the street, you can watch the boats come in at the community marina.

Notes: Unit is on the second floor, with stair access, but is all on one level. Bedrooms are split; one secondary bedroom can be turned into a private suite by closing pocket doors. All bedrooms have their own spacious closets with dressers; master bedroom closet is a walk-in and there are two separate dressers provided. The great room and master bedroom each have a television, VCR and DVD player. There is a laundry room in the unit with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. No grilling is allowed anywhere in the community, but there is a lovely barbecue area with grills provided overlooking the Gulf of Mexico at nearby Delnor Wiggins Beach.

Close to marinas: A public marina is within walking distance, or take a nature cruise or rent canioes and kayaks on the Cocohatchee River a few minutes away.

Close to beaches: Bike to Delnor Wiggins, Vanderbilt, Barefoot or Bonita Beaches. Use of two bikes is included in rental.

Excellent home away from home.

This was my first experience in a rental situation and everything was better than expected even though I had high expectations based on photos and conversation with the owner.
The home was immaculate and we felt comfortable eating, sleeping, bathing, etc.
Everything one might need is provided for and the organization of supplies and cleaning products is ideal.
The owner made our last minute plans convenient and accommodated our needs.
We were indeed fortunate to find this place. I would recommend this home without reservations to anyone and would rent again eagerly.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
