Ylang Ylang (pronounced ee-lang ee-lang) is a 2 bedroom pool villa with fabulous sunset views and lush, tranquil gardens. The villa is a short drive from downtown Cruz Bay, yet feels worlds away. Ylang Ylang features 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite baths, a fully equipped kitchen for the chef in your party, and a serene living area for reading and entertaining. Enjoy the breezy patio, with a large, comfortable couch for taking in the view, lounge chairs for sunning, and a private pool where you can wash away your stresses. The breathtaking view can be enjoyed from every room in the house, and includes the crystal clear blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, the boats in the bays on St. John's south shore, and the sparkling lights of St. Thomas across the sound. Snorkel and relax on the white sand beaches of the Virgin Islands National Park, which are just minutes away.

The island of St. John in the United States Virgin Islands, is world famous for it's beauty and warm climate. The island is made up of two towns, Cruz Bay, the smaller Coral Bay and The Virgin Island National Park. The National Park has help keep this vacation destination the paradise we call American Paradise. St. John has historic ruins, wildlife, hiking trails, white sand beaches, crystal clear wather and more! Cruz Bay is the main town on is located on the west coast of St. John, is the island's largest commercial center and the location of the main port. Ferry boats run throughout the day to and from Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook in St. Thomas. Frequent barge and ferry, including car ferry, service connects St John to the island of St. Thomas. Ferries also run regularly between Cruz Bay and Tortola, Virgin Gorda, and Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands. Cruz Bay is home to numerous shops and restaurants which are frequented by tourists and locals alike.

  • Thanksgiving $3200 (1-2 people) $4000 (3-4 people) Christmas, New Years, Presidents Week $4700 (1-2)$5500 (3-4). An 8% hotel tax applies to all reservations. There is a $300 Security Deposit. Rental Agreement: To confirm your reservation half of the rent is due within 10 days of your booking. The balance and 8% Government tax is due at least 45 days prior to your arrival. Payment in full is due 45 days prior to your arrival date. A full refund, less 20% handling fee, will be made for any cancellations received up to 45 days before your scheduled arrival date. There is no refund for any cancellations received later than 45 days before the first day of the reservation, unless the property is re-rented, the full amount, less 20% handling fee, will be refunded.
