This recently renovated 1st floor apartment comes equipped with air conditioning, wireless internet, an electrical stove, microwave, refrigerator, utensils and a washing machine. The apartment is 70 sq m or 753 sq.ft. and has a beautiful terrace. This vacation rental can accommodate up to 4 people. This Verona, Italy vacation rental is centrally located, within 5 minutes walking distance to the Arena, the 2000 yr old magnificent Roman Amphitheater. It is a half an hour drive to Garda Lake and about a 1 hour train ride to Venice. The apartment is on a pedestrian friendly road in the center of Medieval Verona.

Verona has a major centre for important fairs such as Vinitaly (Apr) , the Marble exhibition (Oct) and Fiera Cavalli (Nov). The Fairs centre can be easily reached in few minutes by taxi or by shuttle. Gardaland, number 1 amusement park in Italy, is just half an hour from Verona and it is open throughout the year. The terrace is 161 sq ft, just at the entrance of the apartment with chairs and table available. The kitchen is a separate room that includes the dining area. From the kitchen you can access a small courtyard where you can hang out your washing and where the washing machine is also located . Linen (sheets/pillowcases and towels 100% cotton of an excellent quality) is provided and changed weekly. Cleaning of the apartment once a week is also included. Electricity, hot water, wireless Internet all included in the price.

The apartment is very centrally located right on Via Roma, just 200 m from Piazza Bra, and 300 m from the Arena amphitheatre. From the apartment you can walk to the most important tourist spots in Verona. The famous Arena on Piazza Bra, the Romeo & Juliet balcony, the San Zeno Gothic church, the Old Castle Museum, Piazza Erbe with the old market and the Roman Theatre are all within 10 minutes walking distance. Crossing Piazza Bra you can reach the elegant shopping avenue via Mazzini and the entire downtown is a very nice area full of restaurants and cafes Verona is also famous in the world not only for Juliet and Romeo Shakespeare’s Tragedy , but also for its surroundings. In fact, you can enjoy the beautiful and sweet hills (valpolicella valley, etc) and their world class wine production. Wine tasting trips can be organized on request. Bus stops are close by and the public transport is clean and efficient.

The railway station is 15 min walking distance and the Verona airport is 30 min by car or bus. Other major airports are Milan (at 160 km distance ) and Venice (at 120 km distance)

A lovely find in Verona

What a welcome I received upon my arrival to Verona! The apartment is located in the perfect spot, just down the street from the Piazza Bra. Not only did I find this convenient, but I had the feeling of being a local. It is private, yet central. The apartment is furnished with the finest amenities and is extremely comfortable. I look forward to returning someday to share this magic with some of my closest friends. You will love it, guaranteed.

Charming Apartment in Centre of Medieval V

My husband and I found Alessandra's apartment to
be perfect. It is extremely comfortable,
immaculately clean, and very well appointed. We
feel very fortunate to have discovered it!

Its location is also wonderful. We stayed at various
apartments, B&Bs, and hotels on our 4 week trip to
Italy and this apartment was our very favorite
accomodation. As all the other reviewers state,
this is a special place.

Wonderful Verona apartment!

We spent a week at this lovely, immaculate, newly renovated apartment in beautiful Verona. Longer stays would be very comfortable here. It is spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and bright with lots of windows. The kitchen is roomy and well-equipped .Photos do not do it justice-it is much nicer. Charming Alessandra speaks perfect English and is very helpful. The location couldn't be better. It's right in the center of historic Verona; a three minute walk to Piazza Bra and the Arena, a ten minute walk to Piazza Erbe. All the sights are within walking distance and yet the apartment is very quiet with no street noise whatsoever. Grocery store, restaurants, buses, etc. are all very near the apartment. A 10 minute bus ride takes you to the train station where you can easily make day trips to Vicenza, Padova, Venice, etc. If you can, be sure to see an evening performance at the Arena. It's magical! This was our first visit to Verona and we loved the city. If we return, we will definitely stay here. If you are looking for an apartment in Verona, look no further. This is the perfect place to stay!

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful City

If you are travelling to Verona for a short break or longer holiday, this is the perfect apartment to stay in. We were greeted by the owner, Alessandra, on arrival and the apartment was all we could have wished for; comfortable, clean, well appointed and everything you could wish for provided. It is located in the centre of the city yet is quiet, peaceful and relaxing. An ideal location where everything is close at hand and within walking distance.
We were only in Verona for 3 days and would have loved to have stayed longer in this beautiful City. The apartment really made our holiday complete and I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The apartment was all it promised and more. The location is perfect, on a pedestrian only avenue and walkable to just about every interesting place in Verona. The apartment itself was wonderful, spacious and the details from the monogramed sheets to the welcoming bottle in the fridge made it extra special. Our host offered a warm welcome and help and suggestions for all our needs.
This is a 10 out of 10 and we would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a home away from home in Verona.
