Great for Families or executives : This is a great home for families or for executives on assignment. We discourage unrelated large groups and young adults. The home is handicap friendly with access to all rooms on the one main floor. You might need to ramp up from the garage, but once in the home there are no steps. There are two public golf courses approx. 15 minutes away. Chatfield Reservoir is close with boating, sailing, beach, hiking and bike trails. The community has hiking trails. The Factory Outlet stores are 5 minutes away and the quaint town of Castle Rock is 10 minutes away. Movie theaters are 5 minutes away.
Enjoy the Front Range: This home is conveniently located near major business centers, Colorado Springs, Hospitals, and a variety of shopping opportunities. Enjoy the front range or take a trip to the mountains. Breckenridge is two hours away, Vail 2 1/2, or visit us in Grand Lake just 2 1/2 hours away
