In Florence city center, piazza del Mercato Centrale is as central as it can be, in a lovely and lively area, only steps away to a supermarket, to shops, to restaurants and bars, and to all city attractions, this brand new apartment (renewed in July '08), is available for short and longer terms rental. It is located on the first floor of a very nice building (no elevator), and has a double bedroom, through an aisle you can access the very elegant living room with possibility of 2 more sleeping places in a double sofa bed; finally the fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped, with WIFI internet connection, dish washer, washing machine, AC, cable TV.

Great apartment, great location. Walking distance to the train and major sites. Apartment is well equipped. Owner is very pleasant and accomodating. It would be good to have instructions on how to use the clothes washer. Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this clean, attractive, well equipped apartment.
