Terms & Conditions:
Villa owner is not responsible for any claims for property loss or damage or personal injury during their occupancy.
Guests are restricted to the number of persons scheduled. In the event of any misrepresentation, the group agrees to pay the excess fees immediately or vacate the villa immediately without a refund.
The unit will be clean and ready upon your arrival and it will be cleaned after your departure. If additional maid service is desired, there will be an additional charge.
Check in time is 2:00 pm, check out time is 11:00 am. It takes several hours to properly clean and prepare the villa after your departure for newly arriving guests. There could be exceptions to the times, please inquire if need be.
Hurricane & Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a pending hurricane, if requested to, guests must vacate the premises and secure other lodging and/or transportation at their own expense. All unused rent and taxes will be refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
OFF Season: Notice must be received no later than 45 days prior to arrival for a refund of 80% of the payment.
Less than 45 days but no more than 16 days, 50% of the rental is forfeited.
Less than 16 days, no refund.
IF THE VILLA CAN BE RE-RENTED FOR THE SAME PERIOD, FULL REFUND WILL BE MADE.
HIGH Season: No refunds will be made for cancellations between November 15 and April 15 unless property can be re-rented for the same time period. If the property can be rented under these conditions, 90% of the payments made will be refunded.
Payment Terms:
A deposit of 50% of the total rental is due within 7 days of booking to confirm reservations. Total rental to include the refundable security deposit. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Security/Damage deposit is $200 which is fully refundable provided that there is no breakage, damage, missing items or lost keys.Your deposit will be refunded within 14 days after your departure. All other utilities are included in your rental price.
Water is at a high premium on St. Croix so we do ask you use it carefully.
