This ocean cottage is wonderful for a relaxing vacation with lots to do all around you. The home is located in the resort of Sea Oaks. It expands from the private beach with club and pool to the tennis courts and intercoastal. I have bikes, BBQ grill, enclosed garage. Just put on your flip flops and cross the street to a wonderful lunch on the beach at the club. The home has a 'Tommy Bahama' decor. All 3 of the bedrooms have their private bath and their is a half bath for guest downstairs. One Master Bedroom with King size bedroom is downstairs with another master bedroom upstairs with a huge bath and two queen beds. Their is also a private screened porch. The full size washer and dryer are also located upstairs. Next there is a bedroom with two twin beds and pull out mattresses underneath. You feel like you are sleeping in a tree house with Ralph Lauren bed linens. Real fireplace, wood floors, french doors and a full gourmet kitchen make your stay unforgettable.

Nearest Airport: melbourne, orlando-1.30 hours at 30 Miles
Nearest Motorway: A1A and state road 510 at 1 Miles
The cottage is on the barrier island, 1/2 mile from Disney's Vero Beach, in between Vero the city and Sebastian. About 10 miles south of Sebastian Inlet it is right off A!A. Very quiet private beach but just a few miles to shopping, malls and movies. Easiest exit off I 95 is the Sebastian exit, sr512 to sr 510 to A!A, take right go 1/2 mile and go thru the guard gate on the right.

Cottage has it all!!: Cottage is decorated very 'Tommy Bahama' with plenty of room and privacy. Relax in a beach setting or walk to the tennis club with tennis courts among the oaks. Wood floors, fireplace, super kitchen, plenty of tables to eat at inside and outside. The home is close to the beach. Just put your flip flops on and eat at the beach club, swim in the ocean or the pool that is on the ocean. The cottages have their own pool and jacuzzi too. Enclosed garage has gas grill, extra refrigerator, plenty of Boogie Boards and lots of bikes. Each bedroom has its own private bath with an extra half bath for guest downstairs. You'll return here year after year.

Lots to do!!: You can relax by the beach, ride bikes, or check out Disney Vero just a 1/2 mile walk away. Food Shopping is just 3 miles away and there are super cute shops on the barrier island. Lots of gourmet restaurants and the club has nice lunches and dinner. Sea Oaks has just had a multi-million dollar renovation with library, bridge room and 16 tennis courts and lots of fun activities.
