Unit is fully furnished for six people, towels, sheets, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, 32' LCD TV in the living area with a DVD system , 32' LCD TV in the Master Bedrrom and a 29' TV in the bedroom 2, Directv, WI FI internet free, local calls telephone free.Walking distance to the Safra Synagogue. Free internet, printer and fax machine available in business center. Resort style complex, gated security, buildings with Mediterranean architecture. Cross the street and you are walking/jogging/riding on the beautiful Aventura Turnberry golf course. On days when you feel like lounging at home, take a swim in the pool or tan outside. The condominium includes everything you need to settle in, with table settings for 6, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and all your basic small and large appliances, blow dryers in all bathrooms, bath towels, sheets and blankets, iron, and a small start-up supply of soaps, paper goods and blow dryers. All you have to bring your clothes and personal products and you'll be all set. Fully redone furnished for 2009 in modern style.
