Featured in Cottage Living Magazine March 2007, this Shaker Style Carriage House offers authentic craftsmanship and all amenities. The house is bright, airy and spacious, perfect for your family and entertaining! The first floor has a centrally located gourmet kitchen open to the dining room and sunken living room. To the west, the 'sun room' leads south to a bluestone terrace with intimate seating and grilling, and to the north, a manicured lawn that is ideal for entertaining. Beyond, a garden path leads to the heated gunite swimming pool and the open lawn. On the second floor you will find a large master suite with a private balcony and two guest bedrooms. The lower level is newly finished, hosting a media room, game room, workout area and laundry. Situated 1 mile for the Historic Village of Sag Harbor, 1/2 mile from the Bay and a few miles from our world class Ocean Beaches. A one of a kind retreat.
