Our place consists of one bedroom with a king size bed and another bedroom with 1 full size bed and a twin bunk bed. The bathrooms are fully renovated in marble and modern decorations. The kitchen is fully equipped, including washer and dryer. The building has a large swimming pool and gazebo. However, the most exciting is the beautiful beach that is accessed from the building and shared with the Ritz Carlton Hotel.

attractive apartment. great for a family. conscientious, caring owner. beautiful beach and pool area. next door to ritz-carlton. safe, well-maintained complex. table games, tennis rackets, boogie boards, etc. available in apt. gym area adequate, ping pong table. all appliances worked well. convenient to grocery store and pharmacia. tours available through the ritz--castillo tours do a good job--snorkeling, hiking, kayaking. restaurants nearby; piu bello recommended, esp. gelato. car not needed. cabs immediately available at the ritz. chorus of coquis every night! apt. overlooks courtyard. balcony great for catching a breeze. a place for a relaxing and/or active vacation.

I visited this apartment for a week and my entire family loved it. I have two small children which makes traveling challenging but this aparment had everything to offer. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are big (lots of space). The place is very clean and well mainteined, there was everything there (beach toys, beach towels, coolers for the beach, beach chairs, emergency kit, everything for the kitchen, etc.)

My communication with the owner from the begining was excelent, she is very, very detailed in informing you about the apartment and she is very responsible and ethic when doing business.

I rented a car during the week that I was there and I love the fact that there is an assigned parking space for the apartment. The apartment is in a great location with and right next to the Ritz Carlton, so the beach is well maintained and the area is well kept and safe. Driving fromt the airport to the apartment is only a few minutes and driving around Puerto Rico from the apartment is very accessible. Supermarkets and all the shops are very close.

Overall I would recomend this apartment to anyone and I plan on going back once a year. I really enjoyed staying there.

July 22 – Aug 6. We had a wonderful time in the apartment. The apartment really exceeded our expectation as far as cleanliness, space and convenience. We were very surprised that the apartment was stocked with everything we needed for our vacation to include the customary items like towels, kitchen utensils, coffee pot, pots and pans. However, we were able to find other items that made our vacation that much more enjoyable like beach towels, ice coolers, beach chairs and even boogie boards for the kids. Definitely this was a great place to stay, close to all amenities and walking distance to all Hotels and Restaurants in the Isla Verde area. We highly recommend it and would stay here again. We felt that this was our second home and a place we look forward coming back to it.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The fact that there were games in the apartment for the kids to play was a good thing,(there's only one TV) and aparatment is on the secend floor which made it easy to come and go as we pleased.
It is right next door to the Ritz, so my husband and I were able to sneak away for an hour one evening to go to the casino, we also did a tour with the hotel to the rain forest, so we were picked up and dropped of right next door.
For the price, size of apartment, games, pool, and beach it was great, and the owner was very nice and always available, we forgot our IPOD and she mailed it to us the next day.
The only downside to me is that it's a bit of a walk to most of the restaurants and souvenir shops on the strip. Like 5-8 long blocks, but it wasn't too bad, we all got some good exersice and enjoyed the walks as a family. The bus is like less then 1/2 a block, so we jumped on it easily to go to San Juan. Denny's is really close, we ate there alot.

I would consider staying there again when and if we vist Puerto Rico again.
