Recently refurbished to the highest standards, 'Cool-Villa at Calabay Parc' provides the ideal base for your Florida Vacation. A dedicated Cinema Room boasts a 92 inch screen with built in suround sound and cable. A PlayStation 3 with dual remote handsets provides a huge gaming experience and the ability to play BluRay as well as normal DVDs. The sparkling south facing heated pool and spa, extensive pool deck, covered lania and full complement of furniture encourage outdoor activities year round. The cool living area benefits from a 47 inch wall mounted HD TV with built in sound, HD cable and a further PlayStation 3. The 3 Master Suites (2 King, 1 Queen) and twin rooms are stylishly decorated with one of the twin rooms sporting a 'Micky' theme for younger guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and the utility room has washing machine and drier. The games room provides pool, air hockey, hoops, soft darts and I-pod docking. There is a safe and monitored alarm to enhance security.

We enjoyed our stay very much in the villa. We also wrote about our stay in the guest book. The villa is located conveniently right out of town which we enjoyed. We ended up going to Universal Studios, Busch Gardens and Arabian Nights. We also went out to eat a couple of nights at Charley's Steakhouse and Kobe Steakhouse. The food at both restaurants were amazing. We played a few games of pool and I held the record in the hoops game of 112 lol. The pool and spa were very relaxing after a day of shopping and going to the parks. We also watched a few movies in the cinema room. I am going to look at getting me a projection screen now =). I highly recommend this villa to anyone and Cathie is a very professional lady. She is very informative and provides a lot of extra details for your stay. Overall our stay was excellent and it is something we will definitely be looking at doing again!
