Relax in the privacy of a single family home during your stay at Sugarloaf, in the quiet but convenient West Mountain area. Enjoy spectacular views of the entire Bigelow Mountain range from almost every room of this three floor, 2000 square foot house. Located about 100 yards from the West Mountain Trail, you can ski to the door on a short cross cut trail, or take the shuttle bus (ski season season only) directly to the SuperQuad chair or the base lodge area. Call the shuttle for free service to restaurants and clubs in the evening. Jump on your nordic skis in the back yard, and you can connect with the Outdoor Center's 105 km groomed trail system. The main floor is comfortable and roomy, almost completely open, allowing great exposure to the winter sun. The living room area has comfortable couches and a large wood stove which can be opened to view the fire like a fireplace. Also on the main floor are the dining area, fully equipped kitchen, entry area, and half bath.

The House: Enter the house from the wrap around porch and walk into the entry area. The open concept main floor has the living area, dining area, kitchen and half batch. The lower level has one bedroom, one bathroom, a family room with double futon, and a laundry room. The upper level has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

West Mountain Chairlift & Shuttle bus: The West Mountain chair runs weekends and school vacation weeks, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (ski down to the base of the chair and you can ride the lift up and ski over to the base area to buy a ticket.) You can ski t the door whether the West Mountain Chair is running or not. Also, a free shuttle bus goes by the house every twenty minutes from 8 AM to 10 AM, and every 30 minutes until 5 PM on weekends and holiday weeks (or is available by calling 237-6853 at other times) to take you directly to the base lodge or Super Quad in the morning or to restaurants and shops at other times. Leave your car parked in the driveway for your entire stay!
