Photos and Description of this Brenham holiday cottage 3 bedrooms 2 full baths sleeps 2 to 8

the 1500 sq. ft. cottage is on 32 acres with a 4 acre pond, lovely 300 year old live oak trees. We're 15 minutes from Brenham noted for Blue Bell Ice cream and birthplace of Texas. We have a quiet private setting with wonderful setting areas outside. The two story cottage is decorated with comfortable antiques. There are two bedrooms over looking the pond and garden area with a queen bed in each and a extra twin in one room along with a full bath. Downstairs is a full kitchen eating area/ sun room, with a large living room. To the far end of this room is another sleeping area with a king bed and sofa for sleeping This area can be closed off for privacy.Included are a 32 in. satellite TV, DVD and VCR player-some movies, cards, dominoes. There is a TV upstairs to play games or movies on. Washer and dryer are also available with Bar-BQ pit, fire pit. Renting part of the cottage is a option.

The cottage also has a party barn for 140 guest: With in the area we also include a party barn for rental for families, small weddings etc. We can seat between 140 and 150 guests. It is decorated country style with antiques Tables and chairs are included which consist of 10 round seating 6 and 14 long seating 8 guest. Out back is a large porch on back of building.Take advantage of the party barn for a party and have the cottage right there for your convince.

Fishing: Fishing is available. You will need to bring fishing gear with you. The 4 acre pond also has a patio area over looking the area with a BarBQ pit and a table and chairs.
