Casa Capitan is a 2,500 square foot, four bedroom, three bathroom, Costa Rican masterpiece. From its open-beam teak ceilings, to its hand-carved doors, Casa Capitan is an excellent example of Costa Rica craftsmanship. Casa Capitan’s “L” shape allows the house to support a large group or family, while maintaining everyone’s privacy. Casa Capitan, is located next to the nature preserve, which allows you to sample all the wildlife, i.e. monkeys, pizotes, raccoons, ant-eaters, hummingbirds, and much more. Javier Hernandez, our general manager, has created a unique garden and sun area next to the large, rear, patio area that is fabulous for relaxing.
