Surrounded by mature Canadian maple trees, this home is lovely, inviting and offers the best alternative to hotel accommodations. Within walking distance to Toogood Pond, and Main Street Unionville shops and restaurants, we back onto the Crosby Park. You could go for a run, play baseball, soccer, or even go skating at the community centre. For families, our tire swings hanging from the Canadian Maple tree are a child’s dream come true. With a children’s playground in the backyard, the Crosby Park soccer field, baseball diamonds, and the Parkview playground right at the back, your kids are guaranteed to have fun! fun! fun! Centrally located within 5 minutes away from the Markham Town Centre, we are close to IBM, Honeywell, Johnson & Johnson business centres. We are within ½ hour drive to downtown Toronto, Canada’s Wonderland, Toronto Zoo, Ontario Science Centre.

Great Place for Family Vacation

This is an amazing house to stay in! Our family of 6, with 4 small children, were at home here. Jackie was very helpful and had so many little things ready for us, above and beyond where you would find elsewhere (cereals, a refrigerator stocked with items that we might have forgotten etc). We have stayed in several places in the Toronto area before and of them all, we'd come back here first. The playroom and bedrooms were great for the kids, and we were close to all the major attractions in the Toronto area. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the nearby park and playground were an added bonus!
Owner's Response: It's a great feeling to know that other families are treating the house as if it was their own. Our kids grew up in this house and it touches our heart that other kids are enjoying the playroom and the playground as much as we did.

Excellent Home for a Family Vacation

We found this property an excellent place to stay with our family of four. The house is spacious and has all amenities, including a play room in the basement and swings etc. outside. The location is safe and within easy (and pleasant) walking distance of the center of Unionville.

In addition, we found the location located in a good central place to visit various places in the Toronto area. We would recommend this place to anyone.

A thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing vacation in this superbly spacious family home with good facilities within the home and surrounding area. Owner friendly and available if required. Property clean and as described. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property or re-visit.
