Boating Possibilities: Thurman pond boat availability at no cost: canoe, row boat (suitable for electric trolling motor), Thurman pond restrictions: No outside boats, only electric motors (we want to preserve our pristine water way from outside contamination). Sunfish & sailing lessons available. Sail boat & motor boat rental available upon request on Schroon Lake. Sailing lessons possible.
Restriction: No Pets, Non-smoking
FYI: In summer internet is not always available to us. Contact via phone, may be faster. The Loon Lodge is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, barbeque, screen house, private yard and parking, beach front, dock, row boat and canoe Please supply your own linens and towels as needed. Note beds are: 2 Queen 1 Full and 2 Twins. Many avid fishermen bring electric trolling motors and these are permitted.
Golf: Golfing at Schroon Lake municipal golf course.
Other Activities: Boating on Schroon Lake also possible, dock, sailboat and sailing lessons
