This home contains 3 separate private bedrooms. With a master bedroom, and master bath on the first floor, and 2 bedrooms, and 1/2 bath on the second floor. Located 30 feet from the river's edge. Trout fishing, swimming, and canoeing at your doorstep. Queen bed in master bedroom, Full beds in second floor bedrooms. Central heat, ceiling fans in living room, and master bedroom. Watch the river from full glass great room. Complete modern kitchen. With full complement of equipment. Washer and dryer provided in first floor laundry room.

  • Holiday stays must be included in one week rental. No increase rent for holiday rental.
  • Security deposit of $150 plus a $50 cleaning fee required. To reserve rental. Remainder of rental fee due 14 days prior to arrival. Upon inspection. If home is left clean, and in good condition. $25.00 of cleaning fee, and full security deposit returned on or before expiration of rental.
  • Weekend rentals are considered to be Friday after 12:00 pm through Sunday 2:00 pm. Weekly rentals begin on Sunday after 12:00 pm through Saturday at 4:00 pm. For earlier or later check-ins and checkout. Please request such from owner. If convenient owner will attempt to accommodate request.

Where Brown, Brook, and Rainbow trout lurk. Several golf courses. With various rates for every golfer. Are within a 30 minute drive. Traverse City 40 miles west. Can provide a day of entertainment. From winery tours, micro beer breweries, charter fishing, championship golf courses, casinos, and of course shopping.

Peace and quite: If it's peace and quite you are seeking. This is the place. Located off the main drag. 16 miles from the nearest town. Listen close. You may be able to hear the pine needles fall on the ground.

The house was perfect, plenty of room for the five of us (three adults and two children) and lots to do! the view of the river is amazing, the house is set on a bend in the river and you can see in two directions. The neighbors were friendly, helpful and fun. Can't wait to go back again!
