Beautiful luxury pool home located in Cape Coral Florida - zip code 33914 . Home sits on lovely canal - by boat you are approx. 30 minutes to open waters of Ft.Myers Beach and Sanibel. Home is is more than 4,000sq ft & features 4 bedrooms/one of them a truly master suite with private bath, luxurious tub, shower, dual sinks and walk in closet. Also in master are double doors leading out to a private atrium w/spa - perfect for private relaxation and sunning. Upstairs holds breathtaking views & the other 3 bedrooms -all with large closets and a large bath with tub and shower. Huge tile Living Room w/large screen TV, Den with pull-out couch and TV , Office with desk and high speed internet. Gourmet kitchen is a beautiful to look at as it is to use. Out back is a lovely patio looking down the canal while overlooking an oversized heated pool & spa. Features a large sunning deck down at the boat dock.

The city of Cape Coral Florida is surrounded by waterfront canals (more canals than Venice Italy!) As you cross the bridge into the Cape you will be astonished by the beautiful waters. Our city hosts monthly street fairs, a 5 minute ride to Cape Harbour where there are waterfront restaurants,shops and a marina. On Tuesday evenings from 6-10PM they feature live music, drinks and dancing! We host one of the largest Octoberfests during the month of October held at the German-American Social Club. In December there is a lighted boat parade - not to mention the lighting of the Christmas Tree & Festival. In January we have our annual Art Festival - come and see unique and stunning pieces from local and round the world artists. If you love to boat this is your town-boat rental companies are at your fingertips-delivered right to the back door if wanted! Or ride a Pirate Ship down at Parrot Key Marina @ Ft Myers Beach! Shop at several outlets Miromar and Tangers with all name brands.
