This villa is located in the parish of St. Philip, one of the best areas to stay in Barbados. While there, you will enjoy a cool Atlantic breeze on most days and you will be close to the stunning beaches of the unspoiled East coast. The villa is a newly completed house with private pool situated in a small development near Six Cross Roads roundabout. The house has been finished to a high standard and has all the accommodation and facilities needed to ensure that visitors can relax and enjoy this beautiful island. The well equipped kitchen contains all the facilities you would expect to have at home. All three bedrooms are air conditioned with good storage and the master suite consists of a large dressing area and en-suite bath/shower room. There is a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lounge is spacious with a 40+ foot vaulted ceiling and fans. This leads out to a terrace where you can watch the sun go down whilst overlooking the pool and lawn and well stocked garden.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Discounts available for periods over one month. Please ask. Maximum stay 3 months
  • We accept payments in US$, UK£, BB$ and Euros. 50% deposit required for all bookings. Bookings are accepted on a first come first serve basis. Receipt of your deposit confirms rental of unit. The following penalties for cancellations or requests to reschedule will apply: more than 60 days before arrival = 10% of entire rental; from 60 to 30 days = 30%; from 30 to 15 days = 50%. Full payment of rent needs to be at leat 15 days before departure. Cancellations or requests to reschedule less than 15 days before departure will forfeit the entire rental.
  • Utility bills included in rental price (subject to our fair use policy, please ask for details). Maid service is not included in the rental price but it can be arranged at a cost of BB$60.00 per visit - surcharge. Guests are responsible to leave the property as clean as they found it. Other services, such as transportation from airport, car rental, restaurant reservation, etc., can be arranged for you. Please ask for a quotation at time of booking.

    There is currently building work in progress. The property is located on a fairly new development and will continue to have some level of work going on for the foreseeable future. This will not affect your privacy, but may create additional noise during the working day. This has been reflected in the price.

    A security bond equivalent to 1 week applicable rate will be required. This is refundable, less the cost of any damages and loss.

In the lounge there is a 19'' LCD screen TV with DVD player (DVD can be rented from a local shop or you can bring DVDs with you), mini-stereo with Ipod input. Beach towels provided. Maid service can be arranged and will incur a per visit BBD$60.00 surcharge. Other services, such as transportation from airport, car rental, restaurant reservation, etc., can be arranged for you. Please ask at time of booking. We do not have a land line telephone, but we can provide a top-up cell phone.
