Grockle Nook is a totally private self contained, self catering Studio Apartment that sleeps 2+4. The interior has been fitted & furnished to the highest of standard's with only your comfort in mind. Fully equipped & with full central heating throughout. Nestled in a private courtyard with free off road private parking directly outside. This beautiful apartment is situated in a peaceful location & ideally located for the Town Centre & Harbour. The local attractions, Golfing & the sea are just minutes away. All the rooms of the apartment are on ground level (except for one small step down into the Kitchen/Dining area & one small step down to into the patio area ) accessed through the back door A visitor using a walking aid should have no difficulty in gaining access to the apartment and it's rooms. The apartment Sleeps 2 Adults very comfortable on a super King size bed & able to accommodate 2 others on a large cream leather sofa bed or 2 single beds on request.

    Only Saturday to Saturday bookings ( or Friday to Friday where arrangements have been agreed with by the owner) are accepted in July & August.Short Breaks ( min stay of 3 nights ) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.A non- refundable £15 booking admin fee is applicable to all bookings.The Apartment is a Non-smoking establishment,though smoking is permitted in the outside areas.Pet's may be considered please contact the owner for further details.

It's own back door leads to the garden/patio area which has a Bar-B-Q, Patio heater, lighting, table & chairs. Perfect for those warm summer night's when you want to relax and do AL-fresco dining. We do have the added bonus of off road parking for your own private use. Kitchen/Dining room overlooks the pretty garden/patio area, great for bird watching. This is open plan with solid cherry wood shaker cabinets with lot's of storage space & 2 wine racks. Cream slat flooring & contemporary sunken halogen spot's giving discreet but bright lighting.There is also washing & Drying facilities available.A great place to chill out or for those that are bit more adventurous and want to go exploring this apartment is central to all attractions,beaches,shopping,hiking,golfing,go carting,fishing,boat trips,historic places of interest, too many things to list,something to please every member of the family

George foreman double grill. Full dinner service, wine & drinking glasses, all cooking utensils, strainers, bowls, cutting board & much more. All linen supplied free.

Ann-Marie Nicholas from Grove Park,London .UK: Just got back home after having a fantastic holiday in Brixham.We had a great stay at the Apartment which was bigger than we thought it would be.Very clean,comfortable,cossey & felt like home from home.I sleept like a log on the really comfortable bed.The Apartment had a very pretty garden which we sat out in some evenings,it was really peaceful.The owner was very friendly,helpful & onsite, there to help and advise with what was on in the area etc.We loved the little added touches like having basic groceries there for our arrival & being picked up from the train station. We will be booking again for our next holiday in August. We give this property 10/10

The apartment was a haven for us after a long trip from Australia. As soon as we walked in we felt comfortable and were made to feel at home. Special touches, fresh fruit, three types of milk in the fridge, fresh bread, coffee, tea and chocolates were lovely. We wanted for nothing, hot shower, warm comfy bed made us very relaxed and happy to the extent that we didn't go out for two days. Brixham was a delight, lovely people, great food and pubs and we were central enough to do day trips as far as Lands End and St Ives.

We would recommend the apartment to friends and family or anyone who looks after it because we intend to go back very soon.

We have just returned home from having a fantastic holiday in Brixham,Devon.We had a great stay at Grockle Nook apartment which was a lot bigger than we thought it was going to be.It was very clean,comfortable,cossey & felt like home from home.We sleept like a log on the really comfortable bed.The apartment had a very pretty garden which we sat out in some evenings & it was really peaceful. The owner was very friendly, helpful & onsite,there to help and advise with what was on in the area etc.We loved the little added touches like having the basic groceries there for our arrival & being picked up at the train station. We will be booking again for our next holiday in Augaust.We give this property 10/10.
