Property is within walking distance to all services and parks. Easy access from HWY 90 or HWY 95 and 1 mile from a boat launch. The new community center that will include 4 pools is scheduled to be complete by May and is less than a block away. Trails to parks, river and lake can be accessed right across the street. Easy access with 2 car garage, fenced yard and plenty of parking. After spending your day outside come in to an air-conditioned home and enjoy the message chair.
