Details - Main & 2nd levels: The main level features a spacious and inviting foyer, a formal living room, a large dining room with formal dining table with 8 chairs, a beautiful family room with a real wood burning masonry fireplace, floor-to-ceiling stone wall and 46” LCD HDTV, state-of-art gourmet kitchen with top-of-line appliances and granite counters, large central island and breakfast bar, a unique sun room with beautiful wicker set, a huge deck with patio set and Weber BBQ grill, and a private office with computer and high speed internet connection. The incredible moldings and lighting are throughout, detail has been compromised in presenting a home of distinction. On the 2nd floor, the exquisite master suite (king bed) has a huge walk in closet, luxury bath with double sinks, jacuzzi tub & separate shower. 2nd bedroom (queen bed) has a private bath. 3rd bedroom (queen bed) has a private bath. The Jack-n-Jill bedrooms (2 twin beds each) share a bath, this floor also has the laundry room.

Details - 3rd & lower levels: The 3rd floor contains the 6th & 7th bedrooms (2 full beds & 2 twin beds) share a bath. This property is brand new and is in an excellent area. Great shopping very close by and central to the major highways, subways and of course, DC. All of the bedrooms are large and well furnished. All of the people involved in the business end of the rental (June, Johnathon and John) were willing to go to extremes to ensure that we had any and all assistance, nothing was too much trouble. There is a great deck for your barbques and a big back yard for the kids to play in.
This house is large enough for 20 people and believe it or not - so large that you won't be in each others way. I definitely recommend this house; you may find some smaller houses for less money but then, you will end up with much less house. I believe that Dick Cheney lives in Mclean so that should give you some idea as to the quality of the area. Book it now, You won't be sorry.

Comfortable Stay in Washington, DC

This was a beautiful and spacious house. We had a group of 13 and everyone had plenty of room. Most of the beds were comfortable, except in the basement. The furniture is a little sparce on the basement level. The house of was clean and in a very safe neighborhood. You will need a car or taxi to reach the Metro, but once there, public transportation was safe and convenient.

Great for families

4 generations of our family stayed here recently for a family trip to DC. We had plenty of room and lots of comfort. We had no problems at all during our stay. Home was very clean. I recommend taking the West Falls Church metro station into DC because there is plenty of parking and the orange line is very convenient.

Perfect for Big Family!

We stayed at this home for my brother's wedding in
McLean. It was almost too good to be true. We had
six adults and four children stay at
the home for a long weekend. This place was
perfect for accommodating a large group and
especially the children. There was plenty of room
for them to run around and play and once they were
in bed, the adults had a nice space to hang out.
This is something we definitely could not have done
had we stayed in a hotel. June, Jonathan, and John
were wonderful and very responsive. There were
two small issues with the air conditioning and the
garbage disposal during our stay, but these were
fixed almost immediately after we called them. The
home is in a great location and is new and clean.
We would definitely stay here again if we ever have
another event in this area.

The house is gorgeous

We used the house for our family reunion both my husband family and mine. The house is gorgeous, spacious, very clean and brand new. All the furniture was brand new, high quality and comfortable. We stayed very comfortably and much more happily than at a hotel. This was the best house we ever rented for vacation. We enjoyed BBQ with the gas grill at the deck and it was so nice. At a very nice residential area, 7-8 minutes drive to Whole Foods, 15 minutes drive to DC and 5 minutes to the belt way (495), yet very quiet. Highly recommend this house for a group/family gathering!
