Building is located ten minutes north of Miami Beach & Bal Harbor and is on the same beach next to 'Trump International Beach Resort'. Experience breathtaking views of sunrise/sunsets on sandy white beaches looking out into the Atlantic Ocean. Studio has a full bath, full kitchen, sofa/futon, two double Murphy beds allows spacious living area, dinning, kitchen. Unit comes with 'FREE' WIFI-INTERNET, 'FREE CABLE', 'FREE' PHONE LINE (local calls), 'FREE' GATED PARKING, all appliances, pots, pans, china, linens, towels included. Building is gated with security, has two large pools (one is heated), laundry rooms, ice machines, lounge chairs, picnic tables, BBQ grills and is walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, gym/fitness center and shopping malls. I have two studios in the same building, so tell your friends/family.

  • Great value! Rates starting from $89/night, $550/week, $1,550/month. Inquire on Holiday rates.
  • A Reservation/Security/Damage Deposit of $200.00 is required at time of reservation, can be paid with Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or Debit Cards through www.PayPal.com. The deposit automatically converts to a Security/Damage Deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied towards the rent, the rent is due/payable in 'CASH' when we meet at the building for the check in to exchange the rent for the keys/unit. If you rather pay the rent with a credit card, the rent must be pre-paid at least 30 days prior to check in through PayPal with a 4% surcharge added to the total amount.
  • Check in time: From 2:00pm-10:00pm Check out time: Before 12:00pm. Cancellation Policy: Reservation/Security/Damage deposit of $200.00 is only refundable with-in 48 hours after departure through PayPal, if there is no damage, theft or excessive cleaning required. If for any reason you cancel your reservation and don't rent or stay in the unit, you lose your security deposit.
    This unit does not have room service during your stay, there is room service/cleaning before arrival and after departure with clean bath towels, hand towels, beach towels and two sets of bed linens.

Nice Clean Room ,with 2 comfortable murphy beds and futon ,nice clean small kitchen with everything you need to cook with ,easy to find ,close to everything .but buy far the best part is you are 10 steps from the ocean with great views , 2 nice big clean pools ...it was perfect to relax and no one bother's you which is great ... It is a simple clean place that gives you everything and more for a great price ......thanks Val we will be back

We stayed at this property for 8 nights over the July 4th weekend and loved every minute of it. It is literally steps from the sand on an un-crowded, pristine beach. The unit is very clean and has everything you could need--towels, linens, dishes, glassware, a coffee maker, and beach necessities (chairs, a cooler, etc.) Also, the property is very convenient to the highway, the Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour, and only a short drive to Miami and South Beach. I would definitely come back again in the future!

Great location! Unit was super clean and equipped with everything you need for a fun day at beach! Pools were clean and not overcrowded. The ocean view was spectacular, and the unit is literally steps from the beach. Great price worth every penny!! Neighbors also extremely friendly. Owner was extremely helpful, very welcoming and very prompt in returning deposit. Highly Recommend! Thanks again!

This was a wonderful vacation experience for me and my family! The apartment was very clean and came with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. The pools and property are very well maintained and the neighbors were friendly. The apartment is within walking distance to many stores and restaurants and just a short drive to many other Miami attractions. I would definitely recommend renting this unit to anyone who is considering it and plan on renting it again in the future. The property owner Val was friendly and wonderful to work with. It was obvious that he strives to make this an enjoyable and affordable get away for those who rent from him. Thank you Val for an unforgettable vacation!!

This unit was everything it list as and much more. We were a little apprehensive because (like many beach front units) it was a little older. However; this place was immaculate. The owner has done an exceptional job maintaining this unit. It was stocked with the nicest bedding & dishes and even included a few extras that travelers many times forget to pack. It is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, a drug store and grocery stores.
