Villa Turquoise is located right on the beach of Matemwe with stunning views on the lagoon and the Indian Ocean. The villa offers full privacy ensuring a relaxing holiday away from the crowds. The villa is brand new, built in East African style with an impressive thatch Makuti roof. The large garden, with palm trees and plenty fresh fruit, features a large private pool (10 x 5) with a shallow end and wide stairs ideal for children. Plenty amenities including a pool table, bicycles and powerboat for snorkeling, fishing, diving are included. The owners frequently stay in the house and have brought the level of luxury, comfort and service to the highest on the island. The house has 4 en-suite and air conditioned bedrooms with king size beds and one extra large room with two kings size beds. The house has four dining area's, two kitchens of which one open with a view on the lagoon. The house is cleaned daily, laundry and catering are available.

The house is located on the east coast of Zanzibar just outside the village Matemwe. The house manager will gladly support you with arrangements for Spice Tours , a visit to Stone Town (a Unexco World Heritage) and it's many palaces and mosques. There are several restaurants in the area and a boat trip to Mnemba Island will allow you to swim with the dolphins...

  • Rates are valid for occupations of 10 to 12 persons. Special discounts are available for smaller groups, early bookings and last minute booking, contact owner for details.

    Bookings require a 40% deposit and balance prior to arrival.
  • Rates include airport transfer upon arrival and departure, exclusive use of the villa, pool and garden and all amenities, welcome pack, daily cleaning and housekeeping, daily towel change, linen change twice a week, all taxes and VAT, guest manager support, excursion arrangements, use of boat (excludes fule and skipper charge at 7.5 Euro per day), internet access and software installation package, use of bicycles.

    Rates exclude catering and table service:

    Full Board (breakfast, lunch and 3-course dinner) at 30 Euro's per day per person.
    Half Board (breakfast and 3-course lunch or dinner) at 22 Euro's per day per person.
    Children below 12 years @ 50% discount.
    Catering rates include cook, table service, water but exclude alcoholic beverages (available at cost price).
